# Windows Media Player shows an error message.
- Windows Media Player DRM could be the reason for the trouble.

1. If you are using WMP 10, update it to 11.

2. Upgrade the security component of your WMP.

3. Check your anti-virus software.
(Your anti-virus software could block you from receiving DRM data. It is necessary to change the security level or turn it off temporarily.
4. Erase and rebuild your DRM folder.
The DRM folder on your PC could be damaged for some reason. In this case, it is necessary to erase and rebuild the DRM folder.
※ When you rebuild it, your DRM data from us or other sources will be erased and your downloaded data won't be playable. Please make sure that you back them up. We are not responsible for the lost data.
1.Open up your Control Panel and click "Appearance and Themes", then click "Folder options."
2. In "Folder Options", click "View" tab. Check "Show hidden files and folders." Leave out the check mark of "Hide protected operating system files" and then hit "OK."
3. The hidden DRM folder will appear. (The DRM folder is saved in [C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/DRM] for Windows XP or[C:/Windows/DRM] for Windows Me.)
4. Before you erase the DRM folder, please back up the DRM Folder outside your computer, for instance, an external hard disk drive. Then, erase the DRM folder on your PC.
5. Start your WMP. A new DRM folder will be created automatically.
If you still have a problem, change the new DRM folder to the old one you back up.
