Spandexer Cosmo Angel protects peace on Earth from evil. One day， the evil scientist Luisa hatches a terrifying plan to take Spandexer’s powers for herself! First， she kidnaps Spandexer’s chief investigator， Kosuda， and takes her hostage， then has her robot minions attack the defenseless Spandexer and thoroughly assault her.
