  • It starts with the murder of a man who supports the Tokyo governer，Kotaro Yamaura. Tsutomu Yamazaki， Yamaura’s secretary， fires the secret service from Tokyo PD and hires Hibiki Kamikusa， ex-assasin known for the underground detective ”Sailer Ninja”.
