Error in Download Movie

An error occurs while checking the license. I can't play the protected file nor synchronize.
There is a possibility that the DRM license file is corrupted. Depending on the type of Windows you are using, please read the support page of Microsoft linked below:

I get errors that say something about the file extention, format, codec, or file type.
There is a possibility that the file you have downloaded may be corrupted or the file hasn't been downloaded completely. If there is not enough space on the hard drive, the download will not be completed. Please check the free space on your hard drive and delete the corrupted file. Then from your "Purchase History," please download the file once again.
