What is the Monthly Membership?
The Monthly Membership is a service that you can watch full length videos and behind-the-scenes footage.

How do I join the membership?
First of all, you must create an account. Then from the top page, please click on the "Membership" button at the top of the website. Choose the membership and click on "Sign Up for Membership Now".
What kind of settlement options do you have for the membership?
There are two ways for you to pay for the membership.

-Credit Card Payment (Visa, MasterCard)
-Points for the Website

*If you use a credit card for the payment, please be aware that the membership will automatically be renewed every 30 days. If you wish to cancel the membership, please cancel it before the membership is automatically renewed.
How long is the membership valid for?
The membership will be valid for thirty (30) calendar days starting from the day you've signed up.
You can check the validated date on your user account page.
If you pay the membership with a credit card, the membership will automatically be renewed every 30 days. So, if you wish to cancel the membership, please cancel it before the membership is automatically renewed.
Furthermore, if you cancel (withdraw) monthly membership in the middle of the period, you cannot watch the movies in the remaining days.
What will happen if my validated date passes on before I cancel the membership?
It depends on your settlement method.

If you use a credit card, the membership will be automatically renewed. So, if you wish to cancel the membership, please cancel it before the membership is automatically renewed.

If you use points, it will not be renewed.
I cannot play any video.

If you can neither play the Sample Movie or find an error and/or error condition mentioned on the list, please contact our customer service representative. We would like to check out the problem as soon as possible.

- The error message and/or error condition
- The type of OS
- The type of Internet Browser, and its version
I can't cancel my account. I do not know my customer ID and password.
Your MaxConnect ID & password (account information required to cancel your account) is different from the ID and password for our website.
This information is sent to you by email when you've joined the membership.
